why we went

We were already in Portugal and just wanted a change of scenery, a vacation from vacation if you will.

HOW WE DID SEVILLA

Even though I’m fluent in Portuguese, visiting Spain is still challenging. No one understands me, while I understand them.

Time change

There’s a 5 hour time change for us in Portugal and then a one hour change in Spain so we just all stayed on Portugal time.

Transportation

We drove our rental car but had to leave it in a big parking garage a couple blocks from our AirBnb as there is no street parking in Sevilla. We didn’t use it until we left.

Our days

We did have some rain so we took a double decker bus tour to get to know the city a bit better. Once the clouds cleared, we walked around and stopped at a bunch of playgrounds nestled in between beautiful attractions like the Alcázar of Sevilla (Dorne on Game Of Thrones) and Plaza de España, both of which were great for Owen to run around in too.
